Regulations on the guarantee of pumps manufactured by Pumpiran

Pumpiran Company emphasizes on basic standards and quality development of manufactured pumps, so all the manufactured pumps are guaranteed for 18 months since the purchase.
In order to facilitate the guarantee services for the pumps, Pumpiran agents will present the product’s identification containing the stamped guarantee card, together with regulations for the guarantee.

Guarantee conditions:

Filling out and sending the guarantee card stamped and signed by the seller
Selecting the suitable electro pump corresponding irrigation, pumping altitude, and sand content of the well
Observing all stages of installation according the manual
Using standard joints in jointing the cables
Installing the electro pump by boxes that at least contain the following parts:

Contactor made by well-known companies, and adjusting it depending on the current absorbed by the electro pump at the working point
Slow fuses suitable for the current absorbed by the electro motor
Controlling the phase and suitably adjusting that
Installing the box in a suitable covered place and/or with rain boxes in the open space
The switch to control the water level or current, in order to prevent the electro pump work without water

Using covered cables with proper size so that the maximum voltage loss in the cables (from the box to electro motor) does not exceed %3 of the nominal voltage of the electro motor
Absence of physical damages when shipping
Prevention of repairing by unauthorized people
Sending the manual together with the returned product
