Double suction pumps DSP
Driving flanges and suction pump are attached to the lower half of the compartment and both flanges are located parallel to the center (linear pump). The pump’s propeller is of radial type, closed, with two entries for the fluid. In this type of propeller, axial force is predominantly absent and the propeller has been balanced statically and dynamically according to ISO 1940.
The pump’s axis is totally sealed against the pumped fluid and there are protective covers on the axes at the seals. The pump’s bearings on every side are composed of a ball bearing with a deep furrow which has covers and they do not need lubrication during the life time of the ball bearing.
