MC200 High Pressure Pump

Horizontal centrifuge high pressure pump has multi layers with compartment of radial sections, with separate motor, and the propellers are positioned between the bearings.

Each layer is sealed with o rings. The layers are attached to each other by the layer clinches. The pump bases are cast together with the suction and driving compartments. Much of the axial force is neutralized by hydraulic balance piston and the rest of axial and radial forces are tolerated by two greased ball bearings and one oil-lubricated roller bearing located on both sides of the propellers.
