Hot Oil Pump

The structure of this pump is horizontal, with one layer, single suction, centrifuge with spiral compartment. The main dimensions and working characteristics of the pump is according to EN 733 standard (DIN24255). The pump’s propeller is hydraulically balanced, and it is mounted on one side. The spiral compartment has bases, but the bearing compartment has no bases.

Applications of Hot Oil Pump

This pump is of centrifuge type with special design and it is used to pump and circulate hot oil up to the temperature of 300° C in different industries as:

General Characteristics of Hot Oil Pump

Temperature of fluid: up to 300 degrees Celsius
Sealing of the pump axis: the sealing foe pump axis is composed of two sections. In the sealing compartment of the pump which is located on the compartment’s cover, fireproof graphite strip has been used, and at the end of the bearing compartment, mechanical seals are mounted.
