Buoyancy Electromotor

Buoyancy Electromotor Buoyancy electro motor is of metal cron type with squirrel cage rotor. Lubrication of bearings and cooling inside the electro motors is carried out by water. The motor’s axis is sealed by mechanical seals and stuffing boxes in order to protect it against the entry of sand and grit.

All buoyancy electro motors manufactured by Pumpiran are capable of being equipped with PT-100 sensors to let the automatic turning off of the electro motor in case the temperature of water inside the motor in increased for any reason. A rubber diaphragm has been provided at the end of the electro motor in order to adjust the pressure inside and outside the electro motor in the well. The cable is made of rubber.

These electro motors are manufactured in frames of 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14 inches. But single phase electro motors are manufactured with frames of 4 inches. Cooling and lubrication are done by oil in these motors.

Applications of Buoyancy Electromotor

In order to increase the functional efficiency and durability, and considering the studies regarding the properties of pumped waters; these electro motors have been divided into three different categories:
