Buoyancy Pump
The propellers are radial or mixed, and they are open to turnery. The compartment for layers of radial-flow pumps and the compartment for layers of mixed-flow pumps are attached to each other, with layer clinches and reciprocal screws respectively. Suction compartment between the motor and pump, protects the pump against the particles in the water by a suction filter. The pumps usually have a one-sided valve.
Applications of Buoyancy Pump
In order to increase the functional efficiency and durability, and considering the studies regarding the properties of pumped waters; these electro motors have been divided into three different categories:- Transferring clean water with low salts for irrigation purposes
- Under pressure irrigation systems for agriculture
- Relay stations
- Supplying emergency water
- Drainage of underground waters
- Water refining installations
- Industrial rinsing and firefighting applications
- Mines and fountains applications
- The permissible amount of sand in pumped water is 25 grams per cubic meter.
General Characteristics of Buoyancy Pump
- Nominal diameter for the 1/2 valve: 1 to 8 inches
- Irrigation capacity: 5 to 650 cubic meters per hour
- Altitude: up to 300 meters
- Temperature of pumped water: up to 30 degrees Celsius
